Since 1986 Kerr’s Cotton Creations has specialized in hand tie-dyed and stone washed apparel. We offer over 300 unique tie-dye patterns on 6.1 ounce heavyweight cotton garments. All products are color fast and preshrunk. We use the finest fiber reactive dyes to ensure vibrant colors for years to come.

Custom colors for teams, corporations, schools, or any other organization can be done in any of the patterns in our catalog. Sizes range from 6 months to a super sized 5X adult. All styles are offered in short sleeve and long sleeve T’s, youth and adult.

The minimum order on most patterns is one dozen per style and color combination, the lowest minimum in the business. This can be divided between youth and adult.

For 2008 we have added more multicolor vertical waves, horizontal waves, side stripes, baseball sleeves and spheres with white centers. The spheres are great for 4-color process as well as sublimation. Also we have added 30 new styles of two color economy webs.

Additionally, there are 10 new multicolor hooded sweat styles and one-color vertical waves on hooded sweats. These are produced on 80/20 super heavyweight 10 ounce garments. All are available in youth and adult. One-color crinkles and vertical waves on women’s rib knit spaghettis, short sleeves and long sleeves, and multi-color beach towels round out the new products for 2008.

Many styles are in stock for immediate shipment from our 7200 square foot factory in Montana. If an item is not in stock, give us 3 working days to produce and ship it.

Large orders are no problem. With a capacity of 5,000 shirts per day and a great work force, we get the job done on a timely basis.
